Atheism isn't a religion. It's a lack of belief in gods/deities/the supernatural. People turn back to atheism of their own accord, on their own time. It's not something to be taken lightly.in that the atheists are ever present here in RELIGION and SPIRITUALITY...a category that would seem to me to be titled so as to attract believers or those who seek to become one... i have to conclude it can only be for a couple reasons... either they are seeking enlightenment and desire to learn the Word in order to become at peace with God and be saved by our Lord Jesus...or.... they are trying to convert everyone who has a legitimate reason for seeking out such a forum to their belief system...Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins, Christopher Hitchens. Atheism's a religion too you know...they have them, those who say "I am an Atheist" are the missionariesAtheists are people that just dont want to have any aspect of religion in there life partly because of there ignorance so why would anyone wana convert to it

No missionaries neededThey are all missionaries. If they didn't keep collecting new converts to their vacuous philosophy, they'd die out in a generation.You can not be a missionary for something you do not believe.We attract converts by our sheer animal magnetism, and proper spelling.Because people aren't 'converted' to atheism. Personally, I do not try to convert people to atheism. If they want to do so on their own, then I'm glad tp help. Otherwise I believe that if you are good person, then it doesn't matter what you believe.We don't get a free toaster with every 10 converts like christians do.you've got to be effing kidding me..I don't think atheists are looking for converts; they just get fed up with other people trying to convert them.Atheists don't need to spread the word. They know they are right, so no reinforcement is needed.
Religious people feel the need to be missionaries, as bringing new disciples into their faith will give them quicker entry into their paradise.
