This game rocks, I got it for christmas on my Playstation 2.NFS: UG is an absolute dream !!! i love this game cause i am a big fan of the cars and what you can do to them !! it makes the minds boggles to why no one has brought out a game with this much detail before NFS.....anywho !!

I think the best is the nissan skyline ;Pits way too tough to control in powersliding, kinda takes away the fun/incentive to use it. Oh and the physics of the traffic cars - annoying that when you collide, you go flying and spinning and they barely move - even more of a pain when you crash, they stop and you can't push them out the way to continue racing. *Presses Esc and goes to Restart*

yah i love that game as wellI bought the game, got to 106 or 104, it was a 6 lap circuit, top notch everything, Skyline, gave up after a month.I got NFS Underground for Christmas, 'tis a good game, but I haven't played much of it really so I don't know if it's great yet (been spending my time playing Jak and Daxter... which is a great game!)yep :) its heaps good cuz ea got rights for designing actual "real cars" like supra, skyline,, etc. and of course: NOS! I got it on pc plat.
hehe way better than midnight club now, torque jx n torrida ahahaahah! :PThis is the best game ever. EVER!omg, I just got this on PC! It's BRILLIANT! Finally EA have actually got a NfS game right! They've actually done it well for a change! It's beautiful and challenging and.. you just want to play it again and again! Which is handy - because if you muck up and you're over half way through a race, chances are you won't catch up with them again! Time to restart! (That does get kinda infuriating after a while :sure:!) - but it manages to keep me playing! Very impressive!
ps. I wish the powerslide with the handbrake was a little less random and difficult to control - it slows you down waaay too much and kinda removes the temptation to use it!ya i heard about ti theres suppose to be alot more cars and more possibilities on your custamization. cant wait!!I actually might buy this one, but darn, NFSU still costs $50!!! I don't feel like spending that much, so I'm waiting for price drops!

I have to agree with you there, it seems to me the physics of the powerslide and drift in this game are a bit too extreme. However, they do go for "realism", and I have never actually powerslid or drifted in a car, so maybe that's what it's really like :h:but think about how frusterating it would be to be in 1st and then be smashed out of the way by a cop and loose the race.Haven't heard of one yet.Does anyone know the exact date the sequal will come out or am I too early? :huh:
