I love XBMC and it is wonderful how fast the project grows.
Sadly I have a small problem and I hope that someone can help me. I use a SVN Build 8582.
When I watch a DVD (image over the network) with DD5.1 Audio Layers, the music is much louder than the voice and I can't hear anything when the Scene is full of Action. I use the standard Audio/Video cable and Analog TV Boxes. The strange thing is, other files works properly, same on my PC (same DVD image).
greetings
boessiThx for the advise. I will test it out with a newer Build 8807 and I hope I can change it. Is this a bug in the xbmc player? With VLC on my PC all work correct.
Thx for your helpI change the dynamic range compensation as you said. I works, the voices are louder, but the music is still much louder than the voices and it's very scratchy when I change the dynamic range compensation to a high level. I think it is a problem how xbmc handles the DD5.1 Audio for Analog output. Do you have other suggestions?
Thx boessiTry adding some dynamic range compensation (OSD->Audio settings).#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
