i traded a 40gig ps3 for a 80gig. can i put my 40gig hard drive in my 80gig cuz it has all my **** on ityeah, no doubt, Or you could copy the contents of the 40GB to the 80 GB. Open up you computer, assign the 40 GB as the master and 80 GB as slave (or visa versa) using the correct jumper settings. Disconnect the secondary IDE 1 connection from the two device (DVD or CD drive) and connect 40 GB and 80 GB in their stead. Start windows, go to my computer and select all contents of 40 GB drive, copy and paste into 80 GB drive.
